​Commercial Pick Protocol

​

• Please limit personal items taken to the field.

• NO eating or smoking in the fields.

• Bring a water bottle (screw cap style) with you. You can refill at the water stations.

• NO personal picking containers. You must use ours. MAX 4 buckets per person at any one time, the number of buckets may be reduced to 2 in hot temperature.

• WE HAVE A 0 TOLERANCE POLICY to abusive bahavior towards staff and other pickers.

• ADHERE TO PICKING ETIQUETE:

  • Follow instructions from the picking supervisor, including picking technique​

  • PICKING rows are ASSIGNED by the supervisor, no chosen by the picker.

  • Blueberry pickers work in pairs. If you don't have a partner, the field supervisor will assign one.
